We had a fantastic evening at the Manchester Arena on February 14th at the annual Young Voices Concerts.

We were singing our hearts out? – with almost 7ooo children-to a medley of American Folk songs, Swing, Cold Play, Blonde, Bowie to name but a few.

We sang to celebrate? the 50th anniversary of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Joseph and his Technicolour Dream Coat.

The amazing Beau Dermott sang Fight song, a fantastic Defying Gravity from Wicked and started the Greatest Showman Medley with A Million Dreams.

We even sang Michaels Jackson’s We Are The World, which we learnt some sign language to.

Urban Strides are a fantastic dance group that lead us in our dance moves and even got the parents, friends and families joining in.

Tony Hadley took us back to the 80’s and serenaded us with Gold and True.

We’ll have some amazing memories to look back on and our children were a credit to their families and our school. Mrs Power was so proud of them all. Thank you to Mrs McGuire for helping out afterschool.

We look forward to next year!
